95 Days To D-Day

20,000 steps in 4 hours on a medium-hard bush track or an off-road 25 kilometre ride before lunch without getting off the bike, 4-5 days a week. My fitness is reaching a comfortable level. I’ve assembled most of the gear I’ll take. I still need a new helmet and some spares.

Full steam ahead

First day of street fundraising on Sunday, 2nd November in Blackheath was a huge success.  Assisted by my wife, we met lots of well wishes and donors.  Sales of the Heart Foundation merchandise and donations totalled $125.00.  Thank you.  It was a morale booster.
