John passed by the largest pineapple in the world yesterday. Not sure if he stopped to have a bite of it though.

Brisbane, the first of the capital cities to fall to John’s advance.
John left Brisbane this morning and unfortunately got a bit lost trying to find his way out of town. Apparently the Brisbane streets are very narrow and difficult for cyclists which didn’t help!
Nevertheless he made it out and rode to Redcliffe today. He arrived [...]

It has been confirmed that John has made it to Brisbane today. No photos though, at least, not yet…

No, not a dog. Labrador, Queensland. On the Gold Coast. John has made it into Queensland and is making good steam northward.
