John hoped to get to Sarina yesterday (not actually sure where he did get to last night).
But he did make it to Mackay around the middle of the day today and decided to rest up for the remainder of the day.
Mackay has apparently not had rain for many days, unlike Sydney or more [...]

John has made it to Coffs Harbour and has continued from there. He is staying in Grafton tonight – the images in the latest gallery give some indication of the incredible 81km he rode today.
